Services for visitors with reduced mobility

Free admission for disabled visitors and their carers, on presentation of valid proof (Mobility and Inclusion card for French visitors), or a certificate from the organisation (for groups).

Children and young adults aged 26 and under are entitled to free admission.

Conference tour for all disabilities

• Visits for groups of 5 to 20 people with disabilities: €35
• Visits for individuals (5 people or more): €4/person

• Adapted tours/events/workshops available for groups (booking required and special rates)

• Toilets not accessible
• Authorisation for guide or assistance dogs

Inside the monument

• Access only possible to the cloister galleries for visitors in wheelchairs
• Baptistery and cathedral not accessible

Outside the monument

• Car parks near the monument: Paul Vernet, Clos de la Tour, Aubenas, Place Agricola
• No problem accessing the monument
